Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All lashes are made to order, and some custom or couture pieces may require additional processing time. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free flat-rate shipping within the United States.
Shipping time varies based on carrier and location. Estimated delivery will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping fees, duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
More detailed international options are coming soon.
BFlare Beauty® is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or fees charged once your package reaches your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@bflarebeauty.com with your full name and order number.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
BFlare Beauty® is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, BFlare Beauty® is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
We will do our best to assist, but carrier delays are out of our control.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept return requests within 45 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Custom Lash Orders
Because custom lashes are handmade, bespoke designs, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@bflarebeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these situations case-by-case and will do our best to resolve the issue.
